Independent Financial Governance by CoSai CFO Services

Campaign proceeds are received into a segregated project account and administered by CoSai CFO Services on an arms-length basis. CoSai applies formal controls — dual-approval disbursements, monthly bank-to-ledger reconciliations, and purpose-bound use-of-funds policies (DA only) — and issues quarterly transparency reports to supporters, detailing inflows, approved expenditures, and progress against DA milestones. This keeps finance governance independent from project promotion and ensures funds are used only for stated DA activities.

DA Funding Specifics

  • Funds raised are specifically for DA preparation, lodgement and responses to information requests.
  • DA Refusal / Non-Submission by 01 Jan 2027: DA costs are sunk professional/statutory costs and are not refundable. A transferable credit will be issued for re-lodgement/pivot/successor project or applied to post-opening rewards when applicable.
  • DA progress updates will be provided quarterly to all supporters.
